MAX has released an official trailer for new film, ‘The Parenting,’ starring Nik Dodani, Brandon Flynn, Brian Cox, Edie Falco, Lisa Kudrow, Dean Norris, Parker Posey, and Vivian Bang. This new and exciting picture is set to premiere this Thursday, March 13th, on MAX.
This comedic horror film follows couple Rohan (Dodani) and Josh (Flynn), as they plan a weekend getaway to introduce their two families to one another. Tensions are already high, when the proper Sharon (Falco) and Frank (Cox), meet the laid back and unserious couple, Liddy (Kudrow) and Cliff (Norris).
However, as the not-so perfect getaway continues, both families realize that their rental, overseen by quirky local Brenda (Posey), is in fact haunted by a 400-year-old poltergeist. The hauntings continue, and after one parent is allegedly possessed, the fate of the trip lies in the hands of Rohan, Josh, and their best friend Sara, to unite the families, and stop the paranormal experiences.
The ‘13 Reasons Why’ actor, Brandon Flynn, tells XMAG, “I wanted to challenge myself with comedy. After 13 Reasons Why, a lot of people still see me as a high school student, but I’m 31 now!”
Directed by Craig Johnson and written by Kent Sublette, this hilarious yet thrilling movie will be out on HBO Max on March 13th.
