
Travel technology provider Oversee has added a new personalization feature to its AgentSee tool for travel management companies, the company announced.
Oversee, formerly FairFly, launched its AgentSee tool last year, an AI engine that can respond to inquiries from travelers and respond directly to them, taking some of the workload off human agents. The new personalization feature expands those capabilities, tapping historical traveler data including past booking behavior, loyalty programs and preferences for seat types, hotel chains, airlines and meals, to make better-informed suggestions in its responses, according to the company.
“TMCs are under pressure to do more with less—faster response times, tighter margins, higher expectations from travelers,” Oversee CEO and co-founder Aviel Siman-Tov said in a statement. “With AgentSee, we’re preparing agencies for the future by streamlining operations and enhancing the way agents work.”
