Premium vodka company Jatt Life has signed an agreement to see their products in four of Birmingham’s popular bars and nightclubs.

The venues have also signed up for Jatt Life’s new return and recycling scheme, which will see each and every one of its black bottles returned to Kingswinford headquarters instead of going for recycling.

For every bottle returned, the company has pledged to donate 20p to charity through its JL Foundation, set up to support charities and organizations to improve community life.

Jatt Life has become the official supplier to Wayne Tracey’s venues in the center; Snobs Nightclub in Smallbrook Queensway, Sobar in Arcadian Center, Theatrix and Henman and Cooper, both in Colmore Row.

Baz Kooner, who co-founded Jatt Life with his wife, Sunny, said last year: “Wayne is a hugely well-known and respected figure in Birmingham’s nightlife industry, and so we’m extremely proud to have agreed to serve Jatt Life. .

“We are very grateful that he has chosen to support the JL Foundation through our return and recycling scheme.

“Recycling bottles instead of reusing them by melting them down will save a huge amount of energy and as a result reduce our CO2 footprint while putting something back in society.”

The staff at each venue will place empty bottles back in the boxes they arrived in and drop them off when they receive the next delivery.

Once back at Jatt Life HQ, each bottle is washed, sterilized and sprayed before refilling.

All four varieties of Jatt Life’s 5 times distilled French vodkas will be in stock, including its flavoring products – lime peel, forest fruits and orange and pineapple.

Wayne Tracey, who has run nightclubs in Birmingham city center for 20 years, said: “We cater to a wide range of ages of clientele across the four venues, and with flavored vodka becoming increasingly popular across the board, working with Jatt Life is a great opportunity for us.

“Baz is very passionate and knowledgeable about its product and its very good quality and I am always happy to support local West Midlands brands because it helps the whole area to do well.

“Jatt Life is the only supplier that has a return and recycling scheme, and that was a big reason why I said yes to working with them. We have always supported charities and anything that helps reduce waste and helps the environment is always welcome. “

20 people are currently employed by Jatt Life, with products sold in the UK as well as Australia, Canada and New Zealand, with more export destinations in the pipeline for next year.

It moved into a 15,000-square-foot site earlier this year and from January will operate its own on-site mixing and bottling plant, which will enable it to increase production significantly.

An Irish whiskey and pink Jatti Gin are also produced. In September, it announced the appointment of Chris Ellis, the former commercial director of Pernod Ricard, to the board as a non-executive director as part of its ambitious plan to achieve unicorn start-up status.
