Texas court program puts military veterans on path of rehabilitation

Every third Thursday of the month at the Tarrant County Courthouse in Texas, Judge Chuck Vanover dedicates his courtroom to a criminal docket of a special class of defendants: military veterans. While reoffending rates in the area can be as high as 40%, the veterans court’s recidivism rate is less than 10%. CBS News’ Omar Villafranca reports.
