Shannen Doherty finalized her divorce from ex-husband Kurt Iswarienko a day before her death.
According to court documents obtained by Peopleregret Charm The actress agreed to a “dissolution by default or without contest” of her marriage to the 50-year-old photographer, suggesting they had finalized their separation amicably, and signed a waiver of spousal support on July 12, just one day before her death.

Doherty and Iswarienko married in an intimate ceremony in Malibu in October 2011.
