The target has been included in newly-filed documents for its most recent financial period to March 31, 2021, which show its turnover dipped from £ 103m to £ 87.1m.

Its pre-tax profits increased from £ 1m to £ 1.3m over the same period.

The group specializes in roofing, cladding, glazing and maintenance across a diverse range of sectors.

Some of the projects FK Group has worked on in the past include the expansion of Manchester City’s Etihad Stadium’s South Stand, Liverpool FC’s £ 114m main stand and an Amazon distribution center in Doncaster.

The group has also worked on projects for Bupa, Ibis Hotel, Morrisons, Mercedes Benz, The Range and Tesco.

A statement signed off by the board said: “The group enjoyed strong performance in its core market of the design to installation of building facades industrial processing centers and façade remediation projects.

“Although turnover has decreased by 15.4% during the reporting period, the group has a fully-secured orderbook for March 2022 along with a 46% secured orderbook for March 2023.

“The directors expect turnover and profitability to increase in the coming year.

“Both gross margin and operating margin have increased during the year and the group has strong visibility of the pipeline of work for the coming years.”
