The Met Office has warned ‘wintry showers’ with a mix of rain, sleet and snow could hit Coventry and Warwickshire. That is the forecast for our region tomorrow (April 8) according to the weather experts.
There is a risk of hail today (April 7) as blustery showers are set to sweep in this afternoon. These showers could be heavy at times with hail.
The Met Office has warned that the blustery winds could make the temperatures feel cold today, so grab your hats and gloves if you are heading outside. Temperatures are set to fall later on tonight, bringing widespread frost in the morning.

The forecast for the coming days is as follows:
A windy day with sunny spells. Blustery showers will arrive in the afternoon. Showers could be heavy at times with hail. Feeling rather cold today in the blustery northerly wind. Maximum temperature 8C.
Showers fading away overnight to leave clear skies. Winds also easing, allowing temperatures to fall away quickly with a widespread frost. Minimum temperature -2C.
A dry, bright and cold start. Frequent showers will arrive from late morning. Showers will be blustery and wintry with a mix of rain, sleet and snow. Maximum temperature 11C.
Outlook for Saturday to Monday
Sunny spells on Saturday, perhaps the odd shower, still feeling cold. Dry on Sunday with sunny spells and feeling cold. Less cold on Monday but cloudy with outbreaks of rain.
