However, even he has a hard time with some NFL quarterbacks.

However, it seems Bleacher Report has some confusion with why Ramsey names Jackson as number one.
The reason for the confusion is plausible, as Ramsey has only gone against Jackson once in his career.
During that game, Jackson went 15 for 20 with 169 passing yards and five touchdowns.
While the passing yards were low, his touchdowns were amazing.
However, Jackson also had eight rushes for 95 yards during the game, making him hard to contain.
With Jackson being a dual threat, it’s possible Ramsey feels Jackson is “tough” to face because it’s hard to game plan for him.
While he’s seen many elite quarterbacks in his career, it’s got to be the arm and legs of Jackson that give him the nod to place number one.
But naming him as the one quarterback with the most talent after seeing him just once is odd.
With him seeing Tom Brady, Jimmy Garoppolo, Russell Wilson, and others multiple times, naming the Baltimore Ravens quarterback as best is odd.
While people will question the answer, the star cornerback has told everyone how he truly feels.
