Have you tried lash extensions? How were they?

I had a friend who had them for years. They were natural looking, not super flashy or anything, and her lashes were naturally dark enough that with them, she didn’t really need any other mascara or eyeliner for daytime (we worked together, and our office was pretty casual). Another person I worked with had a daughter getting her cosmetology license who was specifically specializing in doing lash extensions, so that was when I found out how much work is involved!

I thought about getting extensions at one point, especially because I had seen firsthand how they could enhance a person’s eyes without daily effort, and my lashes are that odd translucent beige that is effectively invisible. But I think if I did anything, I’d get a lash tint and lift, and see if I liked that, before trying to add foreign objects to my lashes. I have enough issues with mascara!
