The New York Yankees have reportedly extended a large contract offer to free agent outfielder Aaron Judge.
According to multiple reports, the offer is worth more than $50 million.
The Yankees are clearly hoping to keep Judge in the fold as they attempt to rebuild their team into a contender.
Judge, who will turn 27 in April, is coming off a down season in which he hit .278/.392/.545 with 27 homers and 67 RBI in 155 games.
Despite the down year, Judge is still one of the best young outfielders in baseball and would be a huge addition to any team.
The Yankees are clearly hoping that Judge will take their offer and help lead them back to the playoffs.
