Etihad Airways and Garuda Indonesia have agreed to expand their codeshare agreement beyond their respective hubs, Etihad announced Monday. The partnership now will cover 42 destinations, up from 22, across Indonesia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, the United States and Europe. For the U.S., Garuda plans to apply to place its code on Etihad service to New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport, Chicago O’Hare International Airport and Dulles International Airport in Washington, D.C., according to Etihad.
