The 49-year-old woman keeps herself regularly updated about her life on Instagram. She shared a clip to explain how she dealt with the symptoms of menopause.
Jasmine Jasmine was in tears at the beginning of the video as she explained how she felt “ignored”. The video was filmed six months ago as Jasmine spoke about how she had benefited from speaking out about her struggles.
In the caption, she wrote: Let’s talk about perimenopause! 6 months ago, I was barely making it through each day. For years, I suspected my symptoms were due to hormonal changes, but it was only after people posted about it on Instagram that I became certain.
“Let’s be more open about it. It’s a normal phenomenon that happens to almost every woman at some point. The hardest part for me was getting the help I needed because I was overwhelmed and couldn’t cope at all.
“Daily crying fits, rage, stress-free resilience became the norm. I finally decided to see a specialist because I couldn’t go on like this any longer and my mood was instantly transformed.
“Let’s have an open conversation in the comments and I’ll do my best to answer any questions about my HRT journey.” Jasmine was praised by her followers for her openness.
